Task & responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines, and deliverables
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and schedules
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain records, track progress, and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Assist in budgeting, procurement,



and resource allocation
- Support operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualification & experience

- Relevant qualification (Diploma or higher) in business administration, project management or related field, or at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
