My Guardian is seeking a dynamic SIL Team Leader in Greystanes to oversee day-to-day operations across SIL environments, mentoring frontline staff and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care. You will lead rosters, manage leave coverage, and support recruitment in collaboration with HR and Scheduling teams.

Role requires robust leadership within the disability sector, knowledge of NDIS frameworks, and the ability to handle on-call, evenings, and weekend shifts.
