As a pivotal role in the improvement of company performance through excellence, as the Commercial Specialist you will:

- Be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts and assisting in any client contractual dispute resolution process as required





- Support business development initiatives by consulting with commercial teams to ensure contracts and tenders are well negotiated and executed ensuring profitability and compliance

- Provide project management and tender development support where required across the business

- Ensure projects are managed within the contractual terms and variations are captured and managed in line with company guidelines
- ​Provide broad commercial support to the business where needed

Requirements

- Contract administration experience in the construction industry

- Proven ability to structure and develop winning strategies

- Ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Understand and negotiate appropriate risk allocations

- High attention to detail, whilst taking responsibility for the quality and accuracy of submissions

- Legal qualifications are a definite advantage
