Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead the firm’s compliance framework across multiple service lines, with a strong focus on AML/CTF governance, risk mitigation and regulatory excellence.

The Role:

- Lead and continuously improve the firm’s AML/CTF program and broader compliance framework

- Oversee client due diligence, enhanced due diligence and transaction monitoring processes

- Manage regulatory reporting obligations including AML/CTF compliance requirements

- Ensure compliance across financial services, lending, accounting, privacy and related regulatory frameworks

- Provide compliance guidance, education and training across the business

- Prepare compliance reporting for senior leadership and key stakeholders

- Coordinate audits, reviews, incident reporting and regulatory interactions

- Drive a proactive compliance culture focused on ethical practice and continuous improvement

About You:





- 2+ years’ experience in AML/CTF, compliance, financial crime or regulatory environments

- Strong knowledge of Australian AML/CTF legislation, sanctions and risk frameworks

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Law or related discipline

- ACAMS or related certification highly regarded

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and influence teams

- High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

- Ability to operate confidently across multiple regulatory frameworks
