Client An existing ICG client wishes to fill this role and is looking for a hands-on subject matter expert with multiple projects under their belt in this specific area who can bring their experience curve and "war-wounds" with them to guide a major current program.

Role

Working with the Program Director and alongside a major systems integration house, you will be responsible for the position management framework/module of a HR information system/technology platform blueprint and build which meets known needs over the next three years but with a ten-year "future proofing" mindset.

Key Deliverables:

You will have broad and deep experience in Blueprinting and building position management frameworks and enabling capabilities and have been:

- Closely involved in or led at least several major HR program upgrades and transformations specifically targeting an upgrade of the position management capability/module

- Have 10 years functional experience in general large corporate human capital

- Have excellent communication and project management capabilities

- Have achieved Director or Associate Director level at a Big 4 advisory firm (or equivalent)





Logistics

Start date: Commence subject to negotiation with major ramp up Q1 2023

Duration: Full time but flexible for the right candidate

Location: Australian-based, The role is Australia wide

Rate: The net rate for this role is subject to negotiation but market rates for Associate Director level experienced contract consultant

Close date: No later than Monday 16th October 2023, 12 noon AEST
