Client An existing client has asked ICG to curate and assemble a small number of senior specialist resources to help them build a new digital direct channel. The project is a clean sheet and will cover the whole lifecycle and important product and service components.

This is a critical new initiative for the enterprise and will commence in earnest next year with a soft start later this year.

Role

- Support the design, blueprinting, and building of a digital direct AI supported channel

- Coordinate design and implementation of cross-channel protocols with existing stakeholders

- Build out CX, operating interfaces, service delivery model and supporting protocols

- Build and refine business case, build options and inject project management disciplines

Skills and experience required:

- Engaging with senior client executives on critical strategic initiatives

- Deep demonstrated knowledge of the Australian wealth Industry Multiple experiences building Greenfields AI-supported digital channels

- Substantial project experience working under pressure at a branded consulting firm or in mission-critical internal project teams

Logistics

Start date: starting before the holidays, Duration: 6-9 months,



support will be on a part-time basis initially and will ramp up after the holidays. Full time roles available for the project lead and technology team, other roles will be guided by the project needs

Location: Sydney and Melbourne preferred. Interstate considered, Offshore ineligible

Rate: The daily rate to the consultant will be AUD$2,250 per day for SMEs reflecting the seniority required and part time nature of the role and $2,000 for the project lead.
