The Role:

- Lead complex tax advisory and compliance engagements across a diverse client portfolio

- Provide strategic advice across corporate tax, international tax, structuring, transactions and business succession matters

- Review complex tax returns, tax-effect accounting calculations and tax provisions

- Manage ATO reviews, audits, disputes and technical tax matters

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering practical and commercially focused solutions

- Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders and referral networks

- Mentor,



coach and develop tax professionals across the division

- Review technical work and provide guidance on complex tax issues

- Work closely with Partners on practice growth initiatives and strategic planning

- Contribute to business development, client acquisition and revenue growth activities

- Drive technical excellence, process improvement and team capability development

About You:

- 10+ years' Australian tax experience within a Big 4, mid-tier or specialist tax environment

- CA, CPA, CTA, Master of Taxation or equivalent qualification

- Strong technical expertise across corporate tax and complex advisory matters

- Experience managing high-value client relationships and complex engagements

- Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams

- Strong commercial acumen and business development capability

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills

- Ability to provide practical solutions to complex tax issues

- Motivated by leadership, client engagement and long-term career progression
