- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare barista-style coffee and food and beverage service.
- Set up meeting rooms and assist with event delivery.
- Support event organisers throughout the day.
- Maintain presentation of the venue and hospitality spaces.
- Respond to Concierge enquiries and direct event enquiries appropriately.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar or related hospitality role
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
