As a Speech Pathologist in our Revesby clinic, you will be responsible for maintaining a mixed caseload, serving both in the clinic and in the wider community. You will work alongside a dedicated team of Allied Health Professionals, driving excellence and pushing the boundaries of person‑centred care to improve lives.
About the Role
Position: Full‑time or part‑time (depending on your availability). Eligibility: New Graduate or above.
Responsibilities
- Drive and lead your own caseload, delivering exceptional care to participants.
- Provide high‑quality, person‑centred speech therapy to a wide range of NDIS participants.
- Participate in peer consultations with other disciplines to achieve client outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals that support independent functioning.
- Report disciplinary or grievance incidents, assist in record‑keeping and data tracking, and provide necessary reports to senior management.

Essential Qualifications And Experience
- Completed Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Speech Pathology.
- Full SPA Registration (or eligible on graduation).
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a car.
- Unrestricted Australian work rights.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
