Healthii People, in partnership with Advance Diversity Services, seeks a Care Partner (Support at Home Packages) on a casual basis to assist individuals with goals and independence at home. You will align care plans with CDC principles and work in a person-centered approach.

Fluent English required; bilingual candidates (Arabic, Greek or Italian) are strongly encouraged. In office and hybrid arrangements apply with pay from $58.38/hour under the SCHADS Award.
