Rex Marble is a young and growing natural stone business based in Alexandria looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to build and lead our presence across Sydney's builder and developer market.
This is more than a traditional sales role. As we continue to grow, you'll have the freedom to shape the strategy, make decisions and build this side of the business, with the support and resources to make it happen.
Business Development Manager – Builders

The Role
- Develop new business with builders, developers and construction companies
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Identify and pursue upcoming projects
- Manage opportunities from first contact through to order
- Develop the builder sales strategy and pipeline
- Help shape how Rex Marble grows within the Sydney construction market
About You
- Proven BDM or sales experience within building or construction
- Existing Sydney builder/developer network highly regarded
- Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, confident and results driven
- Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
