Browco Brow Bar is seeking a Contract Beauty Educator to elevate training across our salons. In this role you will review, develop, and implement training for core services such as Brow Waxing, Brow Tinting, Lash Lifts, Brow Lamination, and Lash Extensions.
You will spend the first week in office developing manuals and online assessments, then travel to salon locations delivering after-hours training, coaching staff, and assessing competency.
