About the role: We are looking for an Technical Product Specialist to join our company who is able to analyse and modify new and existing engineering technologies and apply these technologies in the testing and implementation to improve and enhance our product line.

Responsibilities
- Discover and recommend new engineering technologies to improve and enhance our existing product line
- Modify established practices or applying newly developed engineering practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct research for the development of new products evaluating construction materials and techniques, operational conditions, safety and process efficiency, or circuits, systems and components used in electronics
- Conduct testing and evaluation of new and enhanced products for functionality, quality and performance
- Manage specialist engineering tasks such as design drafting, estimating and operations control
- Collaborate closely with relevant teams and the Head of Product and Innovation regarding test results and findings and provide advice regarding product improvements
- Handle the planning, supervising and coordinating the work of others
- Conduct inspections of products to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Ensure accurate records are maintained regarding current product specifications and processes
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications / Experience required: You must hold a Bachelors Degree (or higher) – ideally related to Engineering, and have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
