We're looking for someone with commercial plumbing experience who enjoys leading a team, planning ahead and working closely with both site and project management to deliver quality projects.

Established in 2021, Forza Plumbing delivers complete hydraulic packages across Melbourne, from below-ground drainage and civil works through to above-ground hydraulic services and fit-off.

We have built strong relationships with reputable Melbourne builders and currently have multiple projects secured through 2027, including multi-storey apartments, affordable and social housing and other commercial developments throughout Melbourne's inner suburbs.

As our project pipeline continues to grow, we're looking to add another experienced site leader to our team.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of plumbing works on site, working closely with our Project Manager and management team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and coordinating plumbers and apprentices
- Planning upcoming works and labour requirements
- Coordinating with the builder, Project Manager and other trades
- Material take-offs, ordering and forward planning
- Reading hydraulic drawings and identifying coordination issues
- Managing QA and testing through our dedicated QA system
- Monitoring programme and labour productivity
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety
- Identifying variations, delays and site issues early

You'll have the autonomy to run your site while still having the support of our Project Manager and management team when you need it.

About You





We're looking for someone with previous experience as a Commercial Plumbing Leading Hand/ Supervisor who is ready to become a long-term part of our team.

You have:

- Experience delivering multi-storey or significant commercial plumbing projects
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic services
- Confidence reading project drawings and planning works
- Experience coordinating labour, materials and other trades
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A practical approach to solving site problems
- High standards for workmanship and safety
