You'll be joining a high-growth technology company operating across the AI infrastructure stack, working on cutting-edge projects spanning distributed AI networks, high-performance computing infrastructure, containerised data centres, and next-generation AI platforms. The business is expanding rapidly and partnering with some of the biggest names in the global AI ecosystem, including NVIDIA.

As the organisation continues to evolve, they're looking for a customer-facing Technical Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between clients, product teams, and software engineers.

The Opportunity

As the Technical Business Analyst, you'll become the trusted advisor between customers and technical delivery teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, documented, and delivered.

This is a highly visible role that combines stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, solution design, and relationship management. You'll be the face of the business for key customers while working closely with engineering teams to bring innovative AI solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage directly with customers and key stakeholders
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements




- Work closely with developers and product teams throughout delivery
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Identify opportunities for process and solution improvements
- Support project delivery across a range of AI and infrastructure initiatives
- Travel to client sites when required

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, ideally Consultancy or client-facing delivery experience
- Exposure to and a genuine curiosity around AI, machine learning, cloud infrastructure, SaaS or enterprise technology projects
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working within technology-focused environments
