• Administer head contracts and subcontracts across multiple projects nationally
• Manage contractual notices, variations, claims and entitlement submissions
• Support progress claims, payment schedules and subcontractor claim assessments
• Maintain contract registers, compliance documentation and contract records
• Assist with subcontractor administration, procurement processes and risk management
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Commerce or a related discipline
- Experience in contract administration within construction, infrastructure, energy, industrial or EPC environments
- Strong understanding of contract administration, variations, claims and commercial processes
- Robust commercial acumen with the ability to interpret contracts, analyse complex situations and identify risks
- Experience administering major projects valued between $50M and $150M+
- Knowledge of Australian standard forms of contract including AS4000, AS4902, NEC or FIDIC (highly regarded)
- Experience working for Tier 1, Tier 2 or major EPC contractors on the contractor/supplier side (highly regarded)
- Experience in power generation, mining, industrial or large infrastructure projects (highly regarded)
- Familiarity with Procore,
ERP systems and project controls environments (highly regarded)
