We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pharmacist Manager to join our team and take a leadership role in the day-to-day operation and continued growth of our pharmacy.

About the Role

As Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team while ensuring the highest standards of professional practice, customer service and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and develop the pharmacy team
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, professional standards and pharmacy policies
- Provide high-quality professional pharmacy services and patient care
- Build strong and lasting relationships with customers and the local community
- Support and grow pharmacy services, clinical programs and skilled offerings
- Manage dispensary workflow and ensure efficient and accurate dispensing
- Maintain high standards of inventory management, stock control and merchandising
- Work closely with the pharmacy owner to achieve business objectives and KPIs
- Monitor sales, profitability and department performance




- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and pharmacy growth
- Assist with recruitment, training, rostering and performance management
- Maintain a positive, professional and team-focused workplace culture
- Ensure the pharmacy is presented to a consistently high standard

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- A registered pharmacist with current AHPRA registration
- Experienced in a pharmacist-in-charge or management role, or ready to take the next step into management
- A confident and supportive team leader
- Customer-focused and passionate about delivering excellent patient care
- Commercially minded with an understanding of pharmacy retail and business performance
- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
- Passionate about professional services and growing the role of community pharmacy
- Committed to maintaining high standards of compliance and professional practice
