We're looking for a proactive and reliable Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team in Townsville. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems and working in a fast-paced setting, this is a great opportunity to build your career with a supportive team.

What You'll Do

- Deliver outstanding customer service as the first point of contact for customers.
- Provide product advice and process customer orders and enquiries accurately.
- Support merchandising, stock replenishment and store presentation.
- Assist with stock management, including receipting, resets and inventory tasks.
- Work with the team to maintain a safe, productive and customer-focused store.

What You'll Bring

- Experience in retail, customer service or a trade environment.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Confidence using computer systems and completing administrative tasks accurately.
- The ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Highly Regarded

- Previous experience within an electrical wholesaler, industrial supplier, or similar trade-focused environment
- Exposure to merchandising, stock control, stock replenishment, and store resets
