- Oversee daily operations of the customer service department within the body shop.
- Manage and train customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service and efficient handling of customer inquiries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and escalating issues as necessary.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and production, to align customer service with business goals.
- Analyze customer service metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within the body shop environment.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive customer service.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in managing customer service teams and after-sales services in a Bodyshop environment.
- Proven ability to plan, administer, and review customer service processes to ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships through the repair process.
- Solid experience in managing Panel Beaters, Vehicle Painters and operational roles.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on improving service efficiency and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
- Liaising with customers and clients for progress works

Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management position.
- Experience in the automotive repair or body shop industry is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of improving customer service processes and increasing customer satisfaction scores.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: $74,000 - $85,000 annually (AUD)
