An opportunity has become available for an Internal Sales Support Representative. Reporting to a consultative and fun manager who focuses on development and training, this is an opportunity for you to take the next step towards developing a successful and rewarding career.
In the role, you will:
- Field calls from customers and process sales orders
- Create sales quotes for customers
- Build rapport with existing and new customers across the industry sectors
- Provide product information to customers
- Update customers on stock supply & delivery timeframes
Requirements
To be successful it is essential that you have internal sales support experience. Experienced putting quotes together, you will have:
- Minimum 1-2 years internal sales support/customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service
