ABOUT THE ROLE The Job Creation/ Data Entry Officer will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- Operating computer applications, such as a database software, to enter, record, edit and/or save data.
- Transfer data from paper formats into database systems.
- Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures.
- Create recent job orders that come through the system
- Taking incoming enquiries
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking an experienced Administrator who are eager to jump into this contract and possess the following qualities:
- Previous experience in an Administration or Data entry role
- Previous experience in a government department at an A03 level highly desirable
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work within established routines and guidelines
- Carries out their assigned duties under general direction
- Proof of vaccination certificate
