We are currently seeking a Site Foremanto join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and supervise all in office subcontractors, suppliers and material deliveries to ensure works are completed in accordance with the construction program.
- Work collaboratively with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, OHS Manager and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Take a hands-on approach to site supervision, including the management and supervision of direct labour.
- Monitor and maintain all WHS policies, procedures and site requirements.
- Complete, maintain and manage all required site-based documentation, records and reporting.
- Monitor construction progress, identify potential delays and implement solutions to maintain project timeframes.
- Ensure construction activities are undertaken in accordance with approved plans, specifications, relevant codes and standards.

Skills & Experience:





To be considered for this position, you will need:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial construction.
- A relevant trade qualification and current Supervisor Licence.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades.
- Strong knowledge of WHS requirements, policies and procedures.
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, organise trades and maintain project timeframes.
- High level of computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn and use internal systems.

Desirable skills include:

- Previous experience using construction management software systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.
- Experience working on projects operating under the FSC WHS framework.

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Site Supervisor who can effectively lead site operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, maintain high WHS standards and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.
