About the role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced and customer focused Assistant Store Manager to join a globally recognised apparel brand at its high performing Birkenhead Point location.

Reporting into the Store Manager, this is an ideal opportunity for a motivated retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about people, product, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- KPIs focused on Conversion and UPT.
- Leading from the front to deliver an exceptional customer experience and styling advice
- Coaching, developing, and motivating team members to maximise performance
- Supporting roster management to optimise productivity and customer service
- Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly store performance metrics
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with global brand guidelines
- Managing inventory, stock control, and loss prevention initiatives
- Supporting all operational and administrative functions of the store

Experience:

- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager,



Department Manager, or Senior Supervisor within fashion, apparel, footwear, or lifestyle retail
- A proven track record of delivering strong sales results and achieving KPIs
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing retail teams
- Strong commercial acumen and an ability to analyse performance data
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for customer service
- High levels of organisation, accountability, and attention to detail
