Operations Admin Assistant – Park Ridge | Full Time | Monday–Friday
We’re looking for an Operations Admin Assistant who likes things organised, accurate, and running on time. This role supports the day-to-day operation of our transport network: the paperwork, the data, and the details that keep the freight moving properly.
If you’re steady, thorough, and comfortable working in a busy operations environment, you’ll fit in well here.
What the role involves
You’ll be working closely with our operations and linehaul teams, handling the administrative tasks that keep our service reliable. Your day will include but not be limited to:
- Reviewing and closing off daily non-delivery reports
- Communicating with customers around operational requirements
- Booking and organising time slots and couriers
- Processing customer paperwork and keeping records accurate
This is a role for someone who likes structure, accuracy, and getting the details right.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in administration, ideally in transport or logistics
- Strong attention to detail: you notice the small things
- Confidence working with transport systems and Microsoft Office
- The ability to stay organised when things get busy
- Clear communication skills and a straightforward approach
- Reliability: because operations depend on consistent admin
You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you do need to be someone who learns quickly and takes ownership of your work.
