What this opportunity involves

JLL has an opportunity for an astute and talented building and facilities professional to join one of our outstanding WA portfolio teams. Based in Perth’s inner east of Perth’s CBD, your role is to proactively manage the day-to-day activities to ensure that the building is operating satisfactorily,



with maintenance and deliveries being performed with minimal disruptions to the tenants.

- The health, safety and security of all visitors and occupants.
- The presentation of the property.
- Day to day contractor management.

You will have a demonstrated background in building operations, either from a trade or facilities background and have a proactive and positive approach to their career. Strong communication and customer service skills are sought, along with excellent reporting abilities.
