If you're a proven door-to-door sales leader who loves being out in the field as much as leading a team, this is your next move.

Engage Direct is one of Australia's fastest-growing direct sales companies, with established teams in Brisbane and Melbourne and national expansion well underway. We're looking for a hands-on Sales Team Leader to take ownership of our South East Melbourne region — someone who leads by example, sells alongside their team and knows how to lift performance from the ground up.

This isn't a desk role. You'll be out in the field every day, coaching your team, driving results and setting the standard through your own numbers.

- Have solid door-to-door or direct sales experience — this is non-negotiable

- Have led or coached a field sales team and know how to get the best out of people

- Still love selling and want to lead from the front, not from behind a desk

- Know how to build team culture, lift performance and create consistency

- Are motivated by accountability, results and uncapped earning potential

- Want more ownership and are ready to grow beyond team leadership

What you'll bring:

- Proven door-to-door or face-to-face sales experience

- Demonstrated team leadership in a direct sales environment

- Confidence in training, inspiring and performance-managing field reps

- A hands-on, high-energy leadership style

- The ability to build trust, momentum and consistency within a team

- Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle

To be considered, you must have:

- Door-to-door sales experience

- Team leadership experience in a direct sales environment
