Civil Workers, Truck Drivers & Excavator / Multi-Skilled Plant Operators

We are looking for workers with experience in civil construction, utilities, communications, excavation, pipe laying, pit and conduit installation, demolition, concreting, formwork, or similar hands‑on construction backgrounds.

Experience operating excavators around live or existing services will be highly regarded.

Applicants with NBN pit and conduit installation experience, comms civil experience, demolition experience, concreting experience, or formwork experience will also be considered, especially if you are looking for a change of industry and want to move into ongoing ASP / utilities work.

Requirements

- White Card
- Current operator tickets and VOCs, where applicable
- Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
- Physically fit and mechanically minded
- Ability to complete daily plant checks and greasing where required
- Own reliable transport
- Ability to work as part of a team

Highly Regarded Experience

- NBN pit and conduit installation
- Communications civil works
- Pipe laying
- Truck driving in civil/construction environments
