Arsenault is seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator part-time to be responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate assessments and processing of data related to billing.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer services response to internal and external customer queries regarding billing.
- Assess available reporting data, service records/documents for accuracy of billing outcomes.
- Analyse and assess customer specific circumstances relative to billing considerations.
- Conduct high volumes of data processing.
Required
- Experience working with financial data entry, billing or accounts receivable
- Ability to hit KPI's in a quick paced data processing environment.
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and quality control.
- Highly developed verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
