SUMMARY

Manually keys subscriber information to the system, accurately updates subscriber records and maintains client turnaround time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Maintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients' proprietary information.

Keys a variety of subscription transactions and special requests from source documents to systems.

Reads batch header and determines type of transaction.

Completes daily paper work: time sheets, release sheets and report of work completed.

Completes correction sheets, documents and rebatches.

Maintains up to date file on client changes.

Attends team and department meetings.

Obtains assigned work from designated area.

Returns assigned work to designated area before leaving area.

Photocopies necessary documents.

Updates password according to department guidelines.

Reacts to change and remains productive.

Completes work and meet deadlines according to established departmental procedures

Interacts in cooperative and professional manner, with all levels of employees, vendors and/or clients, in a team environment.

EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND LICENSING

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Minimum typing skills requirement: 35 WPM.

Basic verbal and written English communication skills.

Easy math skills.

Ability to examine, evaluate, and process data.

Ability to compare and evaluate entered data with original document and edit.

Ability to make independent decisions.

Ability to interpret data.

Monday - Friday 9am-3pm

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm or 7am-3pm

Position Type= Temporary. Work must be done in our Boone, Iowa facility.
