We’re looking for an experienced UKG Project Manager to join our team and drive successful UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) project implementations.
This is a fully remote position based in Australia.
A Project Manager will manage and lead Workforce Management (WFM) project phases on client projects and be the key Axsium interface to the customer and will manage all resources being supplied by Axsium to build a solid customer relationship, as well as, ensuring the successful completion of projects in an efficient, cost effective and quality manner.

Project Delivery
Lead WFM or Productivity project phases on client projects with the following requirements for project deliverables:
Hold internal project kick off with the entire team to ensure scope, responsibilities, and objectives are fully understoodCreate the overall project plan detailing what work needs to be done, by when and by whomIdentify and manage risks and issues involved in delivering the projectEnsure that work is delivered to the right quality standardManage the work delivered by the project teamEnsure that the project is running on time and to budgetEscalate internally when appropriateManage changes to the project when necessaryEnsure that the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefitsHold project closure with entire project team meeting to document lessons learned,
project status and any future opportunitiesConduct sales transition meeting with account sales executive to ensure feedback is given Client Interaction & People Skills

REQUIREMENTSGood analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify gaps and propose alternative solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail as well as be comfortable selling their ideas to client’s project team through discussion and presentationWorks well as part of a team or on their own with minimal supervisionDeadline driven, confident, open to taking initiative, ability to multi-task5+ years of consulting and project management experience in the WFM field5+ years of workforce management experience developing and executing on workforce management5+ years of experience working with workforce management technologies including but not limited to labor forecasting, schedule optimization, time keeping, budgeting and task managementExperience working with UKG PRO WFM and/or Workforce Management Software vendorsExperience working with remote teamsTravel may be required University or College degree
