Design Director

- Package negotiable around 180k plus bonus

This is a new prospect for a Design Director to join a leading high end healthcare design and construction group, based in Sydney West, with offices nationally.

The position reports to the Managing Director and requires a talented, confident and enthusiastic design professional to join the corporate team and lead the design and drafting teams, working in a client facing role with all stakeholders from start to finish.

To be successful your expertise will include;

- A high level of confidence and ability in obtaining and meeting client briefs with creative solutions and excellent client centric service levels.





- A proven history of supporting a highly driven team in delivering exceptional design presentations to prospective clients and maintaining very high standards.

- Ability to manage the design program with external consultants and internal design team.

- Excellent communication and time management skills.

- Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.

- Revit skills preferred.

The ideal candidate will have Architectural or interior design qualifications and a demonstrated relevant history, preferably in medical or top level office fit out design.
