Requirements

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a candidate to join a successful team of professionals. As the Direct Sales Consultant, you will:

- Field inbound sales and customer service calls regarding recent loan applications

- Gathering customer information and documents for new loan applications

- Liaise with Credit Approval, Settlements and Compliance teams

- Manage direct and indirect loan enquiries

- Participate in sales and marketing activities to increase brand awareness





- Support the Dealer network with customer relationships

To be considered for the role, you have will have:
- Customer service or sales experience working for a banking or finance institution

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and enthusiastic approach to work

- Knowledge of the NCCP and Asset finance will be highly regarded, but not essential.

- Working for a Finance provider is a definite advantage
