About the Role
As a Mechanical Fitter you’ll be working on a large-scale gas project, responsible for installation, assembly of structural, mechanical and piping components across a heavy industrial environment. This is a hands‑on role suited to tradespeople with solid experience in LNG or oil & gas projects.
You’ll be working across:
- Install and assemble structural, mechanical, and piping components per engineering drawings and specifications
- Static/Rotating experience and laser alignment experience
- Experience in Flange management
- Experience working with computerized maintenance management system such as SAP
- Conduct testing (e.g.,
pressure testing, alignment checks) to ensure system integrity and functionality
What We’re Looking For
- Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter
- Flange Management
- Proven experience within LNG, Oil & Gas, or heavy industrial projects
- Strong background in pipe installation and flange management
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience working on large-scale construction or shutdown projects
- White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A;
