Our Seniors Team currently provides low level Flexible Respite services under the Commonwealth Home Support program.We are a growing business and are looking for dedicated Support Partners to grow with us on our journey towards Support at Home.
Our Community Support Partners use a person-centred approach toassistour aged care clients to live independently within their own homes and communities.Our goal is to ensure client dignity, choice and to be able to live happier and healthier lives.
Location:Gosford area
Classification:Casual
Days:Monday, Wednesday and Friday orThursday and Friday - with the potential to work other days
Hours:8am to 5pm
Rate:SCHADS Award (Home Care) Level 3 and the KMs are reimburse for travel incurred between client homes.
What your days will look like:
- Achieve Goals Together:Implement individual care plans to help participants reach their goals.
- Care with Heart:Provide personal care, mealpreparationandlight domesticassistancetoensurethat every client is living with dignity, compassion, and respect.
- Community Connection:Assistwithcommunityparticipationand foster meaningful social interactions.
- Stay Informed:Know participants' profiles what they can and cannot do and always being aware of the unknown.
- Positive Engagement:Interact positively with participants, families, carers, stakeholders, and team members.
About you:
- Current unrestricted NSW driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.
- Cert III Individual Support(Ageing)
- A commitment to followinghigh standardsof care.
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR
- Abilityto travel,Km’spaid on travel between clients.
