Job Description

We’re partnering with a growing medical device company seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Trauma sales qualified to drive commercial growth across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a field based position with responsibility for expanding market share, developing surgeon and hospital relationships, managing distribution partners and identifying new business opportunities across the region.

The Ideal Candidate

- 3+ years of Orthopaedic Trauma sales experience
- Recent experience within trauma products during the last 12 months
- Strong knowledge of plates, screws and fixation systems
- Proven track record selling into hospitals and working with orthopaedic surgeons
- Commercially minded with strong business development skills
- Willing to travel extensively across Australia and New Zealand

What You’ll Be Doing

- Growing sales and market share across the territory
- Developing relationships with surgeons, hospitals and key decision makers




- Managing and expanding distributor networks
- Identifying new business opportunities and market trends
- Supporting commercial activities, forecasting and territory planning
