Mission Australia is seeking a Community Engagement Worker to join The Way Back Support Service in Broken Hill. You will work with local stakeholders, health services, and community organisations to strengthen community connections and support recovery-oriented outcomes for people affected by suicidal distress.

You will help drive local engagement initiatives, facilitate collaboration, and support development of community-based responses that improve outcomes for participants and their families.
