Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly organised Patient Flow Manager to oversee the movement of patients through our care pathways. You will coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges, ensuring capacity is optimised and patient experience remains central.
Working with ED and hospital teams, you will identify bottlenecks, implement solutions and support delivery of the 4-hour standard across the Trust, including 24/7 operations and holiday coverage.
