Master Builders Victoria (MBV) represents over 6,000 members within the building construction industry across Victoria, including large and small builders across the domestic and commercial sectors, as well as apprentices, suppliers, and manufacturers. Responsibilities

- Securing new sponsorship agreements with multiple businesses within and in support of the building and construction industry
- The creation of tailored annual sponsorship packages for a range of potential and existing sponsors
- The overseeing and management of all sponsorship and alliance activities to achieve set KPIs for growth, financial and relationship management targets
- Collaborate with the Events Team to support the implementation and delivery of sponsorship deliverables, and hosting of, and networking at, industry events where required
- Enhance the commercialisation of existing assets to maximise value for both MBV and its partners

Qualifications





- Proven experience in securing and managing sponsorship agreements, commercial partnerships, and negotiations
- Demonstrated success in strategic relationship management, building solid and trusted connections with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and deliver clear, compelling outcomes
- Highly organised and motivated, with the ability to excel in fast-paced environments, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver results
