We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and driven Sales Executive with proven real estate sales experience to join our team.

This isn't a role for someone looking to simply maintain a portfolio of listings. We're looking for a genuine go-getter who wants to prospect, list, sell, build relationships and grow their presence in the local market — with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as they develop within our business.

The Opportunity

You’ll join an established local agency with the opportunity to take ownership of your sales career while working alongside an experienced team.

For the right person, this role offers a genuine pathway for career progression, including the potential to move into a BDM position as the business continues to grow.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Prospect and generate new listing opportunities

- Conduct appraisals and win new business

- Manage vendors throughout the sales process

- Negotiate and close property sales

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients

- Develop long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and local property owners

- Build your personal profile and reputation within the local market





- Work towards greater responsibility and future leadership opportunities within the agency

Who We’re Looking For

REAL ESTATE SALES EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL.

To be considered for this position, you must have previous experience working in residential real estate sales.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has demonstrated real estate sales experience

- Is confident prospecting and generating new business

- Understands the listing, vendor management and negotiation process

- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Is motivated by targets and achieving results

- Is proactive, organised and accountable

- Has strong local-market awareness or the ability to quickly develop it

- Wants to build a long-term career rather than simply move into another sales job

- Has the ambition to progress into business development and potentially leadership

- Holds the appropriate NSW real estate qualifications/licensing required for the position

- Holds a current driver’s licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
