Madhouse Bakehouse is on the hunt for a hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to keep our warehouse, delivery operations, and inventory running as smoothly as our fresh-baked products disappear from the shelves.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day. We're looking for someone who can lead a team, jump into warehouse operations when needed, and use data to help us continuously improve.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading and supporting our warehouse and delivery teams.
- Managing drivers, storepersons, and daily workflow.
- Reporting to the General Manager on key operational metrics, including:
- Delivery efficiency
- OTIF (On Time In Full) performance
- Productivity and operational KPIs
- Overseeing inventory accuracy, stock control, and regular stocktakes.
- Managing team rosters and ensuring appropriate staffing coverage.
- Working closely with the broader operations team to identify improvements and drive efficiencies.
- Use digital warehouse systems for order picking, stock management,



and stocktaking.
- Analysing warehouse and delivery data to support business decisions.
- Ensuring safe, efficient, and well‑organised warehouse operations.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
- Strong people leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Confidence working with systems, reports, and operational data.
- Experience managing inventory and stocktakes.
- A continuous improvement mindset.
- Forklift Licence highly regarded.
- A sense of humour helps too. Bread puns are optional.
