We are a well-established, privately owned Queensland commercial builder experiencing strong, sustainable growth. With a strong reputation for quality, repeat business and long-term client relationships, we deliver projects throughout South East Queensland across:

Education | Health | Local & State Government | Sporting Facilities | Hospitality & Clubs | Commercial | Community Infrastructure | New Build, fitout, refurbishment

Our project values typically range up to to $15 million, but we are activity seeking larger projects, and we are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our team.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of projects from award through to handover, working closely with our Directors and experienced site teams to successfully deliver a diverse range of commercial construction projects.

You'll have the autonomy to run your projects without unnecessary bureaucracy, while still having the support of an experienced leadership team whenever required.

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building commercial projects, leading people and knows how to do it.

Ideally you'll have:

- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects up to approximately $15 million or more
- Experience across new builds,



refurbishments and fitouts
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- A collaborative leadership style
- The ability to solve problems and make sound decisions
