About the position:

Cullen Jewellery is a rapidly growing global business and you’ll play a crucial role planning, executing and delivery of our new showrooms and supporting upgrades to current ones. Working in the Property & Expansion team you’ll be collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and driving continuous improvements to streamline project workflows and achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Oversee end-to-end execution of showroom projects, developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Act as the central coordination point across internal team and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Collaborate on location and property sourcing as required
- Support lease negotiations, including commercial input and coordination with legal advisors
- Ensure each construction project meets the requirements of our insurer
- Identify, manage and escalation project risks and roadblocks, ensuring proactive resolution.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings and drive continuous improvement.

What are we seeking?

- Proven experience in project management preferably within retail or a similar fast-paced environment.




- Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, resource allocation, contract input and risk management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to drive process improvements and establish standardised workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders across departments.
