This is not a traditional apprenticeship. BMW #NextTech is an accelerated 3-year program designed to fast-track your skills through dedicated BMW training, hands‑on experience and access to industry‑leading facilities.

About the BMW #NextTech Body Repair Apprenticeship

Gain hands‑on experience repairing prestige vehicles while developing the skills and knowledge required to build a successful career in automotive body repair.

As a BMW #NextTech Apprentice, you will learn modern repair techniques including vehicle damage assessment, panel repairs, welding, structural repairs, refinishing preparation and the use of advanced repair equipment and technologies.

You will also complete dedicated BMW #NextTech trade school training at Kangan’s Automotive Centre of Excellence in Melbourne, supported by BMW‑qualified trainers. All travel, accommodation and meal costs are covered for required training blocks, allowing you to focus on your learning and development.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Is passionate about automotive and wants to build a career with a world‑leading brand
- Is motivated, reliable and eager to learn
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Is committed to completing their apprenticeship and trade studies
- Holds a current driver’s licence or is close to obtaining one
- Has completed a Certificate II in Automotive or has relevant experience (desirable)
