Voyage Care in Deal is seeking dedicated Support Workers to help people gain independence and improve their quality of life. You will work within a friendly residential service, supporting daily activities, personal care, and community involvement, including outings to local venues and leisure activities.
Ideal candidates are genuinely caring, versatile, and resilient, with experience in Positive Behaviour Support and with individuals needing enhanced support. DBS checks will be completed.
