About the Role
We are currently seeking passionate and empathetic Disability Support Workers to provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives and well-being of our clients.
- Located in Warrawong, NSW
- Long Shifts – 7am – 1pm, 1pm – 5pm and Inactive overnight 7pm – 7am
Key Responsibilities
- Personal & Health Support – assisting with daily living, medication, and specialized care
- Daily Living Assistance – meal preparation, feeding, and household tasks.
- Community Engagement – supporting clients to access social and community activities.
Ideal Candidate
- Female Support Workers
- Must be able to work at least 1 night per week
- Compassion, patience, and robust communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities.
- A commitment to safe work practices and manual handling.
