About the Role:

You’ll support participants with:

- Daily living skills (meal prep, cleaning, personal care)
- Community access (appointments, social activities)
- Supporting participants with intellectual disabilities and complex behaviours
- Minimum 1+ years of experience working with people with disabilities is required
- Following care plans and maintaining clear progress notes
- Working flexible shifts – including weekends, evenings, and overnights

What You’ll Need:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- All required certifications must be obtained before starting work
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Orientation Module
- Australian Driver’s Licence + own insured vehicle
- Robust communication skills and reliability
- Availability for a variety of shifts
- Certificate III in Individual Support or similar (preferred, not essential)

Valid work visa or Australian work rights are acceptable for this position
