In the role, you will:

- Liaise with transport companies and customers for the pick-up and delivery of goods

- Update customers on expected ETA’s and delays

- Send proof of delivery to the customer

- Work with the warehouse team to prepare orders for dispatch

- Update back order and dispatch reports

- Obtain quotes from transport companies for urgent deliveries

- Investigate delivery issues and customer claims on short deliveries or damaged stock

- Review internal systems to locate stock from interstate warehouses

Requirements

To be considered, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years dispatching and warehousing experience

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Experience liaising with transport companies
