Mandatory Criteria:

- Experience and knowledge in delivering Infrastructure projects,
- An ability to work under pressure against short timescales.
- Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing cross-disciplinary technical programs, from project definition to product delivery/demonstration.

Weighted Criteria:

- Ability to contribute to agency's continuous improvement by improving systems, processes and tools related to project management and reporting.

- Excellent Stakeholder management and ability to collaborate and communicate effectively that contributes to a cross-functional team development pipeline.

- Experience tracking a complex ICT project and providing support to transparent blocking issues.

- Familiarity with AGILE methodology and project tracking.

- Ability to producing talking points, project documentation and undertake research and issue resolution independently and as directed by the Program SRO and Delivery Lead.
