Essential criteria
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in using modelling and visual design languages such as BPMN, UML, SysML, SDL, flow charts, etc.
- Experience in agile software delivery, including the production of agile artefacts, user stories, and participation in ceremonies.
- Experience in producing system, security, and business documentation.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and enterprise applications built on the platform.
- Experience with agile project and team management platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, etc.
Desirable criteria
- Relevant ICT qualifications or industry certifications.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft cloud ecosystem such as Azure, Dataverse, Office 365, Power Platform etc.
- Knowledge of the delivery of government grants and financial management processes.
