This is a dual-role position, combining dental reception and chairside dental assisting. You will play an important part in creating a welcoming experience for our patients while supporting our clinical team.
Key responsibilities
Welcoming patients and providing a warm, professional first point of contact
Managing appointments and coordinating the daily schedule
Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic
Assisting dentists during a range of dental procedures
Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment
Maintaining high standards of infection prevention and control
Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are well organised
Supporting and reassuring patients before, during and after treatment

Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
Previous dental experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate
A Certificate III in Dental Assisting or relevant qualification is advantageous, particularly for candidates with a strong focus on the dental assisting component of the role
